Problem with JPEG Pictures

I am facing problem in the preview of my JPEG Pictures in the Web-browser.
Internet Explorer and Firefox both. JPEG Pitures are not loading up and they
are just appearing in a hazy and 16 color preview mode.

How can i solve this problem.. Anyone with any available solution please
reply me soon.

Do you have the latest/correct drivers installed for your graphics card?
