Problem Live Messenger 8.1

hi, i have a problem with the new version of Windows Live Messenger I
downloaded 2days ago!
I'm able to log in, but when I'm online it's impossible to start
conversations with my contacts! I get following default on the screen : "It's
impossible to start a converstation. Please try again later."
Can somebody help me? It's been 2days like this ...

theres already a post of this but i got same prob to and don't know what to
do? it's very wierd

Hi,

Am having the problem discussed below. Have uninstalled 8.1 and tried to
install the beta instead but then i get the message that windows live can not
be installed on this operating system. I am running XP. Please help.

Hi GC have a look at my posting sucess with IM, it explains how i got mine

i need your help with my window live messenger.I'm currently using MSN 8.0
version which work perfectly with my laptop( window XP) .And i'm now forced
to upgrade to MSN 8.1 ,i know it's good for security.But with my laptop MSN
8.1 doesn't work properly.I have problem with unable to recieve my friend's
webcam.I've tried everything,i re-install my window XP .And stilll MSN 8.1
isn't compatible with my laptop for webcam receiving incoming images What
should i do,i can't use MSN 8.0 caz i'm forced to upgrade everytime i sign
in.I'm willing to use MSN 8.1 if i can see my friend's webcam with this
newest version.Do you have any idea why this msn 8.1 is having trouble with
receiving my friend's webcam ? i really need your help,please reply back here
