Hello, i contacted the live messenger support via the support form..
I received information and it said to reply to give extra explanation to our
problems however i receive this error while replying.. this is the second
time it happens..

(no i dont have any firewall issue, mail issue, or routing problems)

Also my question was everytime a specific user tries to login we get this
error message:

"Your Display name cannot be changed, Please try again later"

While other username are working fine on the same computers... and this
account doesn't seem to work on any of them... in our lan.

This need to be fixed Guys!:
The following recipient(s) cannot be reached:

MSSGR.WNLV.NA.CA.EN.MSF.SEA.TS.T01.R....microsoft.com on
20/10/2006 8:28 AM
The e-mail address could not be found. Perhaps the recipient
moved to a different e-mail organization, or there was a mistake in the
address. Check the address and try again.
<ext-imc-01.partners.extranet.microsoft.com #5.1.0 smtp;554
5.1.0 Sender Denied>

Greetings Phil,

The software they use for the support queue (well actually all the MSN/Windows Live Products)
gets a distinct e-mail address so it's put in the right queue. That is, I guess, until it
breaks which I guess is what's happening to you.

For now, I'd just prop your reply back into the support form, and re-send it that way. It
all goes to the same people anyway.
