Everytime I try to login in Live Messenger it gives me this error:
http://img409.imageshack.us/my.php?image=msnprobyg4.jpg

No matter how many time I try to re-install it, the same problem ALWAYS
appears!!
I even turn off Windows Firewall and turn off Norton, but it's always the
same thing...
Can anyone help me, please??

Thanks!

Greetings,

This error code means your contact store has been corrupted.

To attempt to fix, close down Messenger if it's running, click Start, then Run, and type the
following:
%userprofile%\contacts
and click OK.

If nothing appears in the folder, click the Tools menu, then Options, then View tab, click
'Show hidden files or folders' and click OK. Once you are able to see the folders,
right-click the one that corresponds to your Passport and choose Delete.

Next, click Start, then Run, and type the following:
%userprofile%\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Windows Live Contacts

Then remove the corresponding folder again in this folder.

Next, download the latest version of Windows Live Messenger where this problem is corrected:
