Problem in microsoft

I cannot open the lists under all programs at all. It seems all becoming
shortcuts.....and I have got [Error number: 0x8DDD0018] when I tried to
update. Help me kindly please____

-1914896360 ErrorAUDisabled AU could be disabled, not started etc. BITS
could be disabled or not started etc.
