I've a problem with my new qtek, I hope someone could
help me.
If I sync with USB everything is ok (sync by server not
activated). All my entries are sync normally.
If I sync contact, calendar and inbox by mobile
activesync (by gprs), only new entries are sync (entries
created after i installed this new pda). All my previous
contact, messages and calendar are not sync. I've tried
various parameters for inbox and calendar but it's not
working. When I switch from one method to other one
activesync delete all entries on the device. So if I keep
mobile activesync, i've no contact on my pda. And entries
created before I switch back to mobile sync are not sync
anymore.
Anybody can help me ?
I use the new Qtek 9090 with phone edition 2003, Outlook
2003, Windows 2003, Exchange 2003, Windows XP and
ActiveSync 3.7.1.
