Problem With New Walkman

I'm trying to set up my girlfriends new Walkman (NWD-B103) and a number of
odd things keep happening. Firstly, when I connect it, Vista searches for the
driver, but cannot find it (it's supposed to be automatic), so I download it
from the Sony homepage.
But when I click the Auto Transfer exe. an error message appears saying
"Application was not launched from removable drive"

I'm confused. Can anybody help?

I have the same problem!!!!
