i can not access my control panel from neither the icon from the desktop or
expanded view on the start menu. well it it a bit more then that, i see that
it tries to open a window, but closes it moment later, so fast that you not
notice it if not looking for it. on my start menu it shows an empty pane.
i am not access mircosoft update from the taskmenu bar or start menu.
i just lost the fuction to access personize from right clicking the screen
i have to long leg it, my going thought my computer becuase i have side
sreen on, where it shows all extention and access it that way.
is there a easy way to solve this problem or do i need to brake out the
install disk and do a windows repair on it.
if i do a windows repair what information well be lost.
