Problem with opening youtube and ABCNews VIDEOS

Hi All:
I'm having some problems with internet explorer 7, many of the youtube
videos doesn't play for some reason, some of them will play without problems,
the same problem with abcnews videos, when i click on it, a smaller new
window will appear and it will say (done) in the left lower corner but
nothing will play or appear in that page, and for both websites, I have to
copy the URL and paste it into the Firefox browser to get the video to play.
If any one knows what's wrong with IE7 and how to fix, please let me know.
