problem in openning windows live mail and inbox..

AFTER INSTALLING WINDOWS LIVE INSTALLER, THE *WINDOWS LIVE MAIL *CAN'
BE OPEN AS WELL AS MY* INBOX *IN WINDOWS LIVE MESSENGER.
A BOX PROMPT APPEARS TELLING, *WINDOWS LIVE MAIL COULD NOT BE STARTED
*BECAUSE MSMAIL.DLL, COULD NOT BE LOADED.*
ARE THERE ANYONE CAN HELP ME HOW TO WORK THIS THING OUT
