PROBLEM: Outlook 2007, WM5, Active Sync 4.2 or 4.5 & Contacts

Recently I've been using Office 2007 At my place of employment (while I use
Office 2003 at home). Usually I have both places sync'ing contacts. I
recently Hard-reset my device to experience no contacts re-sync'ing.
Tonight I realized that the reason appears to be that Outlook 2007 is not
syncing contacs, however my Outlook 2003 can and does.

My question has anyone else had any difficulties making Outlook 2007 sync
contacts with their WM5 device, if so have you found a solution and what is
it?
