PROBLEM TO RECEIVE MESSAGE

Good morning everybody,
I have a problem to reveive my hotmail message in windows mail. How to do it
please. when I try to import message, my computer show an error. I need help
pleaase!

Right-click on your error message, copy, then paste it into a reply here.
We can't do much troubleshooting without the complete error message.
