Problem removing uninstalling application

I'm running XP professional and recently I installed a demo version of a
software on my system. After trying the product I decided to purchase
...however the liscene version require that I un-install the demo first. Thats
my problem ..I cannot remove or uninstall the demo. When the uninstall
program failed .. I went to CONTROL PANEL, ADD & REMOVE and tried to remove
the application. Each time the system freezes up on my me.

I eventually searched my hard-drive for files related to the software and
delete them. Bad move!! When I went back to ADD & REMOVE from CONTROL PANEL
the application were still there. Searching my hard drive turned up nothing!
The vendor for the software has been providing me with some suggestion to
delete some of the files from my registry, and from the Installshield folder.
And there were related files at those locations ..but the problem persists!
The software are still showing up in the ADD & REMOVE window in Control Panel
... and I have no idea where they are on my hard drive!!

HOW CAN I GET RID OF THIS FRIGGING SOFTWARE FROM HELL???

Try TweakAll3 (not the MS TweakAll) at http://www.codeforge.co.uk . It does
a better job of uninstalling (including hidden programs).
