How do I put an ICON on the desktop?

Type in the Report or whatever into the Start menu search box until it
appears in the Start Menu and drag it to the desktop, I think.

Start> Programs> Find the one you want > right-click on it > Send To> and
create a Desktop shortcut!

Found my answer

By going to Control Panel > System Maintenance > Problem Reports and
Solutions Feature and right clicking it to create a shortcut.

Good question

I recently upgraded my Office 2007 product with the automatic add-ins from
Adobe's Acrobat 8.0 Profesional.

It caused a lot of problems and I kept getting the pop up for Program and
Solutions.

Soooooo - I thought it would be easy to install it as a shortcut on my
desktop - which I did.
