Problem restart after windows update

After i perform windows update on my vista home premium 32bit, my computer
can never restart anymore. i mean, it stucked at the windows loading screen.
I formatted twice regarding this issue and i'm very sure this time that it is
windows update that caused this problem. I unable to locate which file that
caused this, as I downloaded all the updates in one go. Need help and please
reply asap.
