Problem running Defending the Reich

I need to load three .dll files into my System32 folder to prevent the
Runtime:429 error. I must first change the Administrative rights in the same
folder to full,so far I have been unable to do this since all options are
grayed out. Any assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
