Problem with Security Update for Outlook 2003 (KB892843)

When I try to update the Security Update for Outlook 2003 (KB892843) it
doesn't let me download it because of failure # "Error Code": 0x51F. And sais
"Try to install the update again, or request help from one of the following
resources.".

What should I do?

MCF, I have exactly the same error and have tried multiple installs
(including doing every other possible update figuring there might be a
connection); however, no luck to date.

If this is the same as the Office 2003 update, it appears that you need to
have your original install cd on-line for the update to complete. I received
the same error trying to apply SP2 for Office 2003 and it finally worked
after inserting the CD.
