Problem with security update

Security Update for Windows XP (KB911562)
i have installed updat, but it come again and again on update web page after
installing, it show that update is installed, but after it come up again on
the web update web page as not installed, and when i an installing update
size of it is 0 kb, like it not exist, coul it be mistake on web page ? can
anyone send me on e-mail, microsoft suport e-mail or how i cam make report to
microsoft about that, on my email Thanks.
