problem with service pack 2

i downloaded the service pack 2 last night and now 90 percent of the time
when I hit the a key followed by anything else the caps lock comes on and
turns all my letters upper case. I've looked everywhere and tried the online
help support but they don't have anything that can fix my problem. can
someone email me and help me with this problem?

sorry, first time on newsgroup didn't realize that it doesn't come through
emails. but does someone know a fix for this problem?
