when going on to the 'start menu' and onto shutdown on wndows 98 the
follwoing message appears and stops us from shutting down:

EXPLORER caused a general protection fault
in module <unknown> at 0000:0000094f.

the message also appears when onto my documents and (C. Is anyone able to
