Problem Signing In with WLM

I was forced to upgrade fr Windows Messenger 7.5 to WLM today. Each time
whenever i tried to log in, i will get Error Code: 8100030d. This happened
few months ago which forced me to downgrade to Wondows Messenger 7.5. Now
with the force upgrade, I couldnt sign in at all. I have tried this for tons
of times and yet it is still unsuccessful. It only happens when I signed in
at my office's desktop. Please help.

Are you using the ZoneAlarm by ZoneLabs? If yes then can you please install
the latest updates for ZoneAlarm by clicking 'Check for updates'?

Hi AA,
Thanks for your help. Nope. I'm not using the ZoneAlarm. My pc is using
Symantec Client Firewall. Any idea how should i configure the firewall?
