Problem since downloading Service Pack 1

Since downloading Service Pack 1 from the Microsoft site today, I have been unable to maintain an internet connection for more than a minute or two at a time. Help?!?

Which Service Pack? What operating system?
Does uninstalling the Service Pack resolve the problem?
