I have the exact same problem on my computer wich runs windows vista home
premium-swedish version.
I have tried the fujitsu-siemen support, however, they say its an issue for
Microsoft to solve.
Also, I have the same OS on my laptop, wich runs the Problem solver as it
should =working ! So the part that says: "Problem with Microsoft server"
isn´t correct.
Tried open up ports on router/firewall a.s.o. a.s.o. , but nothing have
helped so far.
There must be someone that know what to do
