Problem with switching in and out of handwriting on Tablet PC

Hi,

I am wondering if anyone can help me. I am using Windows Live Messenger on
my Tablet PC and most of the time, I want to use hand writing. That's fine.
It works.

But when I tried to switch the conversation to use Keyboard (or even input
from Tablet Input Panel), I received the message "The following message
could
not be delivered to all recipients".

I am only chatting with one party. I have to continue to use handwriting.

This is terrible and I cannot remember having so much trouble with the
previous version of Messenger.

Now out of frustration, I have reverted back to ver 7.5 and it is working
like a charm.

Is this a known issue or just mis-configured settings?

I have even tried to sign out and in again to no avail. Your help is
appreciated as I really want to use the Live Messenger.

Thanks.

Bob

Greetings Bob,

There is a known issue with this, but it should be affecting you in 7.5 also. I don't have a
tablet nor use handwriting very often so perhaps it's more dominant in WLM now.

Usually restarting Messenger will solve it, lousy workaround I know.

So far in 7.5 at the most restarting the convection is the most drastic
action I need to do.

Thanks.
