Problem synch from Toshiba e405 to my comcast and Yahoo email accounts

I created the "new" accounts. Put in the right user names and passwords. But
after synching nothing happens and I get a message the the "microsoft
exchange server" is not available. But I didn't set it up using a server.
Any suggestions?
