Problem syncing with WMDC (final), Vista Ultimate and Office 2007

Hi, I've been using WMDC since B3, but the problems I initially had when
syncing (with Outlook) still persist with the final version of WMDC.

Basically when I connect the PDA, it is recognized by WMDC, and I can
transfer files or backup the information.

But 99% of the times the PDA doens't sync appointments, tasks and mails with
Outlook. The symptons I have are:
* In Sync Center it says "Sync pending - 2 errors". The errors are:

"Synchronization cannot be started because partnership information could not
be accessed on your mobile device. Disconnect your device, reconnect your
device, and try to synchronize again. If the problem persists, use
Microsoft ActiveSync to back up all info"
"Synchronization could not be completed. See
http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=72544"

* If I then uplug the PDA my Outlook goes "crazy" with the error:

"Cannot display the folder. Microsoft Office Outlook cannot access the
specified folder location. 'Microsoft® Windows Mobile® Device Center' exited
without properly closing your Outlook data file
'C:\Users\(...)\outlook.ost'. 'Microsoft Office Outlook' must be restarted.
If this error message recurs, contact support for 'Microsoft® Windows
Mobile® Device Center' for assistance."


I don't have OneCare and I have the Defender service stopped.

Can anyone help ?
