Problem Transfering to Portable Device

I am using Windows XP & Media 11. My portable device is a Creative Zen Vision
W. I have all of the songs in my Media Library, but when I try to transfer
some music files to it, the artist can be seen, but the song does not show
up. I think, (but I have not checked them all) that the songs that do not
transfer are ones without a known album, (they are listed as unknown album).
I do not know if this can be the culprit. Anyone out there that might help?
Thanks in advance.

Not a Media Center related question, repost to a more appropriate group such
as the xp.general or hardware group.

If you are going to slap the guy down for asking a question that isn't
directly a media center question, at least take the time to recommend what
actually bemight be appropriate groups, instead of off the top generic
suggestions.

I would try microsoft.public.windowsmedia or
microsoft.public.windowsmedia.devices Maybe you will find people with a
helping spirit there.

Yea, xp.general or hardware group was real helpful. Do appreciate your self
appointed moderatorship though. I'm sure it helps the atmosphere here a lot.

There are multiple groups here for a reason, if the newbs aren't informed
that they need to use relevant groups for their questions they'll continue
to post OT, this shouldn't be too hard to understand. The groups I suggested
are far more on topic for the question than this one.
