problem uninstalling / deleting files/folders

Some time ago I downloaded the 'partypoker' software. I soon uninstalled it.

I seem to have some bits remaining. There are some folders / files on my C:
drive, and the prog is still listed in the control panel /uninstall list. If
I try to run uninstall again I seem to get an install window which I cannot
close without using the taskbar / taskmanager /close application. If I try
to delete the folders directly I get a message 'folder not found - it may be
on an external hard drive or the internet'

Anybody suggest what's going on ?

You have to notice whats programs which you already tried uninstall
still exist in Unistall list and visit websites for every problamatic
programs how to remove them manually.Many programs are very difficult to
remove.You can also try any commercial uninstaller program.

Uninstall list in these keys:

*HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVerison\Un install

*and for x64 systems only

*HKLM\Software\WOW6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\Curre ntVerison\Uninstall*

Download and install CCleaner.
You can use it to take anything out of that list that you don't want.

I use > Revo Uninstaller < a lot, it has many options including search for
Junk files, before deleting look closely true the list
and its Free
