Problem uninstalling language pack

Hello,

I was trying today to install vista sp1 but I get an error because, apart
from the English language as default, I also have installed Croatian
language in my PC.

I went to Control Panel, Regional Settings... and I tried to uninstall the
Croatian language but it fails through the process.

Anyone has been in a similar situation?

It would help to know if there is an existing hotfix or a manual way of
uninstalling language packs when windows cannot cope with that.
