Problem with Update for Outlook Express 6 SP1 (KB823353)

I receive every day a notice (at the Taskbar) that there is an update
available.
Although I have already updated it many times, i continue to receive notices.

When i visit the site, and choose to see the high-priority Updates, i read
this notice :

Microsoft Windows 2000
Cumulative Security Update for Outlook Express 6 SP1 (KB823353)
Download size: 0 KB , 0 minutes (Downloaded; ready to install)
A vulnerability exists in Outlook Express that could allow an attacker to
cause
Outlook Express to fail. You can help protect your computer by installing
this
update. After you install this update you may need to restart your
computer."

Estimated time at your connection speed: 0 minutes *
(*Downloaded; ready to install)

I would be very thankfull to anyone helps me because it's really annoying
for me to have everyday a new notice for an update without any reason!

Hi,

If you have the security update KB897715 (MS05-030) installed,
it could be caused by that.

Temporarily uninstall KB897715 (from Add/Remove Programs), and see if
KB823353 (MS04-018) installs successfully. Then install KB897715 again.
