Problem Upgrading ME to 2000 Pro

I am finally getting around to updating a system from ME to 2000 Pro. I've
gotten past the little quirk with the ACBI BIOS but I am now lost in terminal
reboot mode after copying all the files onto my drive. Any suggestions on how
to complete the installation will be greatly appreciated.
