I've got a "Samsung Digimax 35 mp3" digital camera, and I'm trying to
connect it to my new Windows 7 64-bit system. I've recently
downloaded and tried to install the latest USB drivers and software (e-
max Manager) from the Samsung website:
http://www.samsung.com/au/support/de...MAX%2035%20MP3
Unfortunately, the drivers aren't compatible with a Windows 7 64-bit
system. In the Devices and Printers section, it says the drivers for
the NET2888 Interface Controller have not been installed.
I've already contacted my computer manufacturer, and they have only
offered to help if I pay a support fee (but I'd sooner buy a new
camera), and Samsung cannot help at all. So these two options are a
dead end.
Are there any other drivers that can enable my system to communicate
with the camera via USB?
