Problem with Vista and IE

First let me say what changes I have made lately to my machine. I upgrade
Vista Business to service pack 1 and I upgraded my ram to 3 gb. Now for the
problem, 75% of the time when I click on my IE icon to start it, it hangs
while trying to connect. I go into task manager and end the process and
click the icon again and it starts fine. It only happens the first time I
enter IE and then the second time it always works. This happens about 75%
of the time. I checked for viruses and spyware. I also made sure that I
wasn't running any addins that could cause problems. Any suggestions? I
doubt if its the memory, everything else works fine and Vista reads the
memory just fine.

I solved it. I just had to reset IE and everything is fine again.
