Problem w/ Contact

I seem to be having problems with my contact list. I recently have added a
new contact (say her name is XYZ). And for whatever reason I am not seeing
her online, which in fact she is online. She is seeing the same thing as
well. I'm offline to her, when in fact I am online. Any suggestions?

What you might try doing is readding her completely. To do so, right-click her name and
choose Delete. Go ahead and e-mail your contact to remove you from her list.

Next, press Alt on the keyboard to bring up the Messenger menubar, then choose the Tools
menu, then Options, and finally the Privacy tab. Find her her on the allow list on the left,
right-click her name and choose the Delete option here. If the Delete option is grayed out,
then she's not yet removed you from her main contact list.

After this, go ahead and readd her.
