Problem w/service pack update K3886903

I'm trying to update the above service pack & keep getting "application has
generated an exception that could not be handled" message. The process id i
s0x158c (5516) and the thread id is 0x16a8 (5800). If I try to debug it says
the registerd JIT debugger is not available. Can anyone help?
