You will not need WGA Notification if your Windows is genuine.
Those who use Automatic Updates probably will be forced to
install this update sometime later this year, at which time those
whose Windows is legit and do not want Notifications may need
to disable Automatic Updates and visit Windows Update instead.
Those whose Windows is *not* legit are required to update via
Automatic Updates. They'll have the reminders to get Genuine because
they may have to accept it if they want to keep Windows patched.
Certainly legitimate users are not now required to accept WGAN,
and as I pointed out, this may continue to be the case.
Set automatic updates to remind you, but not to install or download.
Deselect this update at Windows Update, and select to hide it.
When it becomes unhidden, due to a new version, hide it again.
WU will remind you that you have hidden Important updates when
you go to Windows Update - blow it off. Don't unhide it.
