I have a notice in the application Experience section of the W7
logs. The status items are these:

UserID = S-1-5-18, ProcessID=1012, ThreadID=1040, ProviderID= Windows
Application Experience/Program Compatibility Assistance, GuID
EEF54E71-0661-422D-9A98-82FD4940B820, Keyword 0x2000000000000000,
EventRecordID=55, ActivityID=692964D7-6C36-4AB9-B44C-83A46A63F0E4,
ProcessID=800.
Description = Tried to launch service, but couldn't find it.

Question is: What does this mean (or point to)
