Problem with Windows Help & Support

This is the 2nd time this has happened.

When I click on "Help and Suppport" on the right menu there are no icons and
very few words. I have tried Start up Repair with no success. I have called
HP support and they are as helpful as always, not. What makes this an extra
big pain is if I am looking for help on something then it would be nice if it
actually worked?

I know I can do a total machine reload which I have done in the past but
should I really have to do that every month to 6 weeks?

Thanks

Some Windows Vista functions may not work, or Windows Vista may stop

I was able to fix it and but I'm not sure which source of information I
used. Curiously though I had tried reload options offered by doinga and F11
at boot up and it didn't help. Then out of frustration thinking this is
never going to work I booted from my Vista backup disks and it did the trick.
I always thought they were the same thing. Guess not?
