Problem with windows vista 32 mail

Hi everybody,

I have a problem with windows vista 32 mail. Two weeks ago I was sending an e-mail with an attachment. And from that time everytime when I now try to sent an e-mail I get the following message:

Onderwerp 'Reader traning ADHD', Account: 'pop3.upcmail.nl (1)', Server: 'smtp.upcmail.nl', Protocol: SMTP, Reactie van server: '552 5.2.3 DATA size exceeds maximum permitted', Poort: 25, Beveiligd(SSL): Nee, Serverfout: 552, Foutnummer: 0x800CCC6D

My question is how can I fix this?
