problem with working of Oultluck Express 6-th

When I'm oppening Outluck Express I see an information in a pop-up window:
"Msimn make failure in DIRECTDB.DLL" - then when I close this window
ewerything is closing and I can't even change identity. What should I do??
Could you help me??

When Outlook Express (OE) is closed, find the file named Folders.DBX and
delete it. When you next start OE a new Folders.dbx will be created. You
will need to do this for each OE Identity that is having this problem.
