problem with works 8.5

Shortly after installing a new printer (HP2035), word processing fails to
start with this msg:

microsoft works font cache has stopped working

and that's it. it further says it's trying to find a solution on the
Internet, and then says to try reinstalling!

Got any other ideas?

Yes. Ditch Works completely and download and install Open Office.
Far superior to Works.

And BTW it's free and will open and save the latest Office 2007 formats...

And is a lot more complicated to use than Works is... especially for
someone who has used Works for years.
