Problem with WSUS

Hi to all,

i have installed a WSUS Server on windows 2003 SP1 and it work fine!

i have installed another test server windows 2003 SP1 as "client WSUS" for
automatic updates but this server is not automatcl
register on WSUS server. In my configureation both the server as a SA server
non AD.

The configuration of client is this :

The client and ther server are on the same subnet (no firewall), i have try
also to force a client with /detectnow but
nothing !

If i try to resolve the name of the server or "browse" a WSUS web site form
the client it's work!

Why i have 2 Windowupdate log files ?

Why my client cannot record as "computer" in the WSUS ?

I have try to use a WSUS server as server WSUS and client (modified the
registry) and the same server record if same on the WSUS console.
