Problems with the ActiveSync in 2003 & 2005

Hi,
Im new in this area, plz help me.

I had a specific requirement, i.e. a file has to be downloaded from a
website and synchronised into the pda and for this had developed a Activesync
Service Provider[based on the stockpor example provided in microsoft website].

This Service Provider was working fine with Pocket PC 2003 SE Emulator, but
when tried the same with Windows Mobile 5.0 Pocket PC Emulator or Windows
Mobile 6 Classic / Professional Emulator, the Service Provider item is
grayed in the active sync objects and its not getting synchronised.

In both the instance[s], the sync option settings button was disabled, dont
know why.

Had gone through a lot of stuff, but didnt get any solution.

Please help me.
