Problems Downloading Service Pack 2

When doing the Express install of Service Pack 2, it starts downloading ,
nearly finishes, then I get a message "Service Pack 2 Installation did not
complete. Select 'ok' to undo the changes that have been made." Can anyone
help me with this problem?

STRONGLY suggest that you first read the beginning of that page

prior to installing SP2.

The issue is with SP2's installation, not the actual download.
