I'm having problems with Vista not allowing me to add a website after
I clicked "Add to Favorites" command. I'm not sure if my
Antivrus/Firewall is the problem. The antivirus program I have is
Norton Internet Security 2008.
Thanks for any help.

Did you move your Favorites folder from the default location?

Not that I know of. Idid transfer my Favorites from my old operating
system which was Win XP. The Favorites work with Vista, but
Visto will not let me add any new URLs.

Try this anyway:

Open a Command Prompt as an administrator.
Browse to the folder that contains your Favorites folder. That means
whichever folder your Favorites folder is in.
Copy this statement, right click the Command Prompt window at the prompt,
and select paste:
icacls favorites /setintegritylevel (OI)(CI)low
