I had a laptop stolen so have had to replace with a Win 7 laptop - I have a
backup of my WM accounts and messages If I go through the import message
procedure, message are counted down, but when I go to the imported folder in
WLM there's nothing there. Can anyone advise why this is the case. If I
interrogate the folder on the backup drive I can see the message content so I
know the files are there

Hi, Mailman.

It might be a permissions issue. Even if you are the same user as before,
Windows might not recognize you. So you might need to give yourself
permission to see the files in that folder - or even take ownership of the
folder.

I presume that you are seeing EML files in the backup. That's what the
import needs.

As an alternative to import, you can simply drag the EML files from the
backup into WLM folders in the WLM interface. Do Not drag them into the
underlying Windows folders for WLM.

Thanks - It was a STUPID error on my behalf I needed to double click the
imported folders several times to get them to expand properly
