I have MS Pocket PC v3.0.11171 running on a iPaq Model 3635. I have MS
ActiveSynch 3.7.1 Build 4034 on my PC.

Frequently, the iPaq Inbox does not synch correctly with the PC Outlook 2003
Inbox, usually when I delete a message or move a message from the PC Inbox.
Right now, the message I just moved out of my PC Inbox is still in my iPaq
Inbox. The status in ActiveSynch is displaying "Synchronized" and the icon
is green.

Hello Walter,

Search for a program called scanpst.exe. This is a small utility included
with Microsoft Outlook which will scan your *.pst file (the file that
contains your personal information) for possible corruption and attempt to
repair it. Usually the location of the file are as follows:

* Windows XP, NT and 2000:

<drive letter>\Program Files\Common Files\System\Mapi\1033\NT\scanpst.exe

* Windows 95, 98, and Me:

<drive letter>\Program Files\Common Files\System\Mapi\1033\95\scanpst.exe

Perform a soft reset and then synchronize to verify if the problem is
solved. Also take a look at what MSKB has to say about this problem ---

Thanks Raj. I tried that and it did not help. Also tried scanost.exe. That
did not help.

Hi Walter,

Try recreating the partnership. See if that helps.

1. Disconnect the PPC from the computer.
2. In Activesync -> File -> Delete Partnership.
3. Connect the device and follow the onscreen instructions to setup a new
partnership.

Raj, I tried that several days ago, also to no avail. Thanks for your
efforts.
