Problems instaling Windows Server 2008

I have recieved de Windows Server 2008 Enterprise 32-bit, Beta 3 Kit DVD,
and I cannot install it.
I've get the message "Windows cannot open the required file:
D:\Sources\Install.wim. The file may be corrupt or missing..."
I have tried to copy the file to my harddrive, but I couldn't. I've get the
message "The file or directory is damaged or illegible."
Should I change the DVD?

You could download a clean copy if the DVD supplied is damaged -
