Problems installing hotfixes!

Hello.

I thank you for having such a big and great community where everyone
can help each other, though I'm not capable in that position - I'll be
glad if someone who is capable to help me.

I currently have some problems installing Vista hotfixes provided at
Nvidias own website, which in turn links to Microsoft's own website:

'Hotfixes' (http://www.nvidia.com/object/windows..._hotfixes.html)

However, when I'm due to install them, I get an error telling me "This
update does not apply to your system". I'm using a legitimate Vista and
I -can -download from Microsoft's own website, and Windows Update works
fine too. Any suggestions and I would be grateful.

i think like me either youve installed sp1 (not the beta) or your fully upto
date from windows update site. or have the latest forceware drivers.
currently 169.32 for vista 32bit.

I'm using the Swedish Vista and so far as I know SP1 is yet to be
released for my Vista language.

Have you read the situation that it is supposed to resolve and do you have
that setup on your computer? For example This issue occurs when the games
and the benchmarks use multiple display adapters in a Linked Display Adapter
(LDA) configuration.
Also make sure you are using the correct version 64 or 32 bit.

Ave 90,

When you get the error message "this update does not apply to your
system" it means just that. You either already have the update installed,
and it could be included/hidden in another update, or the update does not
apply to your system.
Hotfixes are specific to a certain problem and certain systems running
certain hardware and/or software, which would not apply to everyone. It's
also possible that the hotfixes may be included in a future update or
service pack.
I wouldn't worry about it.
