Problems installing KB930857 on Vista Ultimate

Hello,
I have a problem with my Windows Vista Ultimate machine, it refuses to install the KB930857 update using Windows Update or the manual patch from the MSKB.
Below are an excerpt from the WindowsUpdate.log file, look at the red text, anyone have any idea?
